Leadership Cream Rises to the Top (If We Let It)

In this Article I argue that most of the senior managers with whom I have worked over the past decade have a natural, intrinsic ability and passion for leadership. It is the challenge for those individuals, the job of their organisations, and the role of a good leadership development program, to allow and encourage that leadership cream to rise to the top.
