WEEK 2 MINDFULNESS FOR LEADERS PODCAST, "BODY AND BREATH"

Hi Folks, here is the Week 2 Podcast for our "Mindfulness, Meditation and Reflection for Leaders and Managers Course". Welcome to all the leaders who have joined the program during the past week. In this podcast the focus is on using the body and the breath to relax and calm ourselves, including when we are experiencing strong unpleasant emotions or when stress is disturbing our effectiveness and sleep.
