THE CURIOUS AND INNOVATIVE LEADER

In this Article, I argue that if you are not growing as a leader you will be shrinking and sinking - treading water seems best left to sitting ducks. I examine the need for innovation in leadership and organizations, and what leaders can learn from the world of the arts. I also describe aspects of the Innovation Practice Program at the University of Melbourne, in which I have been involved.
