HELPING ORGANISATIONS TO NEGOTIATE BETTER

 

In the attached article I write about some valuable things I learnt from working recently with a CEO and his top thirty managers from a construction company. They were a terrific group of people and the company was very successful, but they thought that they could improve their approach to negotiations. After spending a few days with them I tended to concur with their view, and I hope the following ideas about relationships v's outcomes and managing the internal dynamics of your own team were helpful to them.
