CREATING CHANGE WITHOUT “GETTING SHOT”

The value of future thinking and its application for strategy development is in the thinking for what may be greater possibilities than currently assumed. There is a lot more thinking that needs to be done before an organisation embarks on creating its strategy.  

From the outcomes of foresight and hindsight to insight we can apply futures theory and methodologies to apply strategies to allow groups to move forward in order to navigate change effectively and to practice effective leadership without, metaphorically, ‘getting shot’.
