New Beginnings
Well here is my news. After a long period as a full time Program Director at Mt Eliza Executive Education, Melbourne Business School, I am moving across to become an Associate Program Director in 2012 and to focus more of my time on my private educational, consulting and community work with friends. I am still contracted to do lots of open enrolment and customised work for Mt Eliza Executive Education including running their Flagship Senior Leadership Program. We are changing its name to Leading for Strategic Success and because of its popularity it will run six times in 2012. And I will still be running at Mt Eliza, our Mindfulness for Executives Program with Amanda Sinclair and my Negotiation Programs.
But there will be lots of exciting changes and new beginnings. Over the next few months this Website will be undergoing a major facelift, and we will providing information about our new educational and consulting services and workshops. Also, we are in the process of establishing a new professional membership organisation called the Senior Leaders Forum, and there will soon be a member-only section added to this Website. The Senior Leaders Forum will have an annual membership subscription and will provide professional development and networking services. Initially we will be setting up chapters in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and New Zealand, and we will organising lunches with guest speakers, consulting groups around current Leadership Challenges, Webinars, Master Classes and much more. Stay tuned for more information about how companies and organisations can Register their Senior Leaders as members.
