WHY THE LONE RANGER MAKES A LOUSY LEADER

I have loaded a new article of mine today which appeared recently in the Business Spectator under the title "Why the Lone Ranger Makes a Lousy Leader". My original version is titled "True Self and Leadership" and it explores the advantages of being yourself in leadership and some common obstacles to doing that.
