Delivery options
There is a ten week version comprising hourly sessions. Each may include Presentation, Dialogue, Exercise, Group Coaching on Applications, and Reflections from Journals.
There is second version which is the Accelerated Leadership Lab on steroids, comprising a Concentrated Four Week program of three-hour sessions each week with a short Break. Customised and timed for clients.
Method
Participants will be sent a short two-page Puzzle in advance of each Topic to introduce complexity and ambiguity. Reading material will be provided at each session, as well as copies of Overheads, and any Exercises.
We will be using Zoom for the Course and breakouts, and Google Hangouts for the out-of-session Group Chats.
Participants will be asked to keep a Reflective Journal throughout the program, and each session encouraged to share their insights and workplace application of lessons.
Fees
The fee for a corporate course starts at $9,850 plus GST for a group of ten managers. Fees for larger groups are negotiated with clients.
