Heath Wilson, the recently appointed CEO of the merged Peninsula Kingswood Golf Club, which has 2,500 members and a wait list. The redevelopment of Peninsula is one of the largest golf projects currently underway in Australia. Heath talks about the process and the hurdles which have included legal opposition by some members to the merger taken all the way to the High Court. Heath shares his lessons about leadership, sports administration and about the adaptive challenges facing golf as a recreational past time.
