I have posted a new Podcast featuring Peter Cebon, Associate Professor at the University of Melbourne, who runs the Innovation Practices Program in the Masters of Engineering. He talks about the challenge facing many professionals and skilled workers, namely, the rapid automation of their roles and the need for them to be more adaptive and innovative.
