CREATIVITY IS MAKING FOR FROM MILK

Recently I did some developmental and consulting work for the Executive and top fifty people leaders at Synlait Milk in New Zealand. The company has been one of the most successful start ups in New Zealand over the past six years and I review their typical challenge of staying creative and entrepreneurial while achieving operational excellence. I draw on some lessons from the experience of Pixar as recounted in the recent book "Creativity Inc." MINDFULNESS AND THE WORKPLACE BY AMANDA SINCLAIR

Attached is a new Article from our colleague and friend Amanda Sinclair on the contribution of mindfulness to leadership and workplaces. The Article also reviews some of the research evidence for the efficacy and applications of mindfulness. Amanda is a highly respected Professor at Melbourne Business School and she has recently stepped back from those full time duties to focus on additional activities including collaborating with us in our consulting work and undertaking research into the application of mindfulness in workplaces.
