In this new Article I examine what I am calling the four pillars of great and successful leadership: Being Good; Thinking Well; Acting Committedly and; Managing Skillfully. I particularly explore the relationship between goodness and leadership. I argue that leadership is a force for good - or it is not leadership. But this leadership requires perspiration even more that inspiration.

THE CURIOUS LEADER

I examine the need for innovation in leadership and organizations, and what leaders can learn from the world of the arts.
