This is a terrific Case Study written by Sophie Beavais, a past participant of our senior leadership programs and a former General Manager at the Australian Sports Commission. Sophie looks at the leadership lessons from the Magic Bus Project in India which uses sport and games to develop the leadership skills and job readiness of young people, and especially girls, from the poorer areas of India.
