THE CANE TOAD SYNDROME
The ‘Cane Toad Syndrome’ is what happens when experts come up with ideas to solve a particular problem, but by doing so create a much bigger problem. We need experts in particular fields for many reasons such as intricate health related surgery, flying airplanes, solving human, animal and planet related problems. However, it is important to realize that a person being an expert in one particular discipline does not mean that person is an expert in all things.
